Automation your clients
can actually feel.
LetterFi writes real pen-and-ink letters in your handwriting, at scale, so financial advisors can build deeper relationships and grow their practice.
Not another mail merge.
This is the real thing.
An email gets skimmed and archived. A handwritten envelope gets opened, and often kept. People can tell when something took effort.
Real pen. Real ink. Real paper.
Not printed. Not stamped. Our robots grip actual ballpoint pens and write on premium cardstock. Recipients can feel the indentations. It’s the real thing.
Built with your compliance team in mind.
Add your firm’s disclosure language to every letter, and route sends through supervisory approval before anything is written. Tell us what your reviewers need and we’ll work it into your setup.
Schedule it and move on.
Pick a send date and the batch waits; nothing is written before then. Queue birthday cards, anniversary notes and quarterly check-ins weeks ahead, and pause or change your mind right up until it goes out.
Your handwriting. Cloned.
Send us a sample of your handwriting and we’ll build a custom font that’s uniquely yours. Your clients will never know you didn’t write it yourself.
Your logo on the card and the envelope.
Pick from five premium card stocks and matching envelopes. Add your firm’s logo to the card, the envelope, or both. White-labeled stock carries a two-week lead time and a 100-piece minimum.
We handle everything after you click send.
Writing, stuffing, addressing, postage, mailing. You write the message and pick the list; we do the rest, and you can watch each letter move through every step.
Written, stamped, and mailed
in 3–5 business days.
That’s our production time: from the moment you hit send to the moment your letters are handed to the USPS. Delivery is the Postal Service’s part; First-Class mail typically adds another 2–5 business days on top.
Pick your stationery
Choose from five premium card stocks and matching envelopes, or add your firm's logo to white-labeled stock. Select a handwriting style, or send us a sample of yours.
Write your message
Start from one of our templates or write from scratch, then add your firm's disclosure language. Personalize with merge fields: first name, account anniversary, portfolio milestone, whatever matters.
Upload your list
Drop in a CSV, paste addresses in, or pick recipients from the contacts already in your account. Your list is saved for next time, so the second campaign takes a fraction of the effort.
Robots pick up real pens
Our fleet of precision writing robots grip actual ballpoint pens and write each letter on real card stock. Every stroke has natural pressure variation. No two letters are identical.
We mail everything
Hand-stuffed envelopes, real stamps (not metered), handwritten addresses. We handle USPS logistics so your letter arrives looking like it came straight from your desk.
Follow every letter
Watch each letter move from queued to written, stuffed, stamped, and mailed, per letter and across the whole campaign. No wondering whether a send actually went out.
The ROI of a
personal touch.
In an industry where trust is everything, the firms that win are the ones that make clients feel valued, not just managed. Here’s how LetterFi works for each segment.
Show up in the mailbox, not the inbox.
Birthday cards that actually arrive on birthdays. Market update notes that feel personal, not mass-produced. Quarterly check-ins that remind clients why they chose you, written in your own handwriting, at whatever volume your book requires.
Give your agents a retention tool they'll actually use.
Policy anniversary notes, claims follow-ups, seasonal greetings, all written in your agent's handwriting and sent from one place. Give your downline a way to stay in front of policyholders that doesn't depend on anyone finding time to write.
In a sea of sameness, be the one they remember.
Your prospects are getting pitched by everyone. A handwritten note after a seminar, a thank-you after a meeting, a congratulations on retirement: these are the touchpoints most of your competition never gets around to sending.
A letter lands differently
than an email.
The dates that matter to them.
Birthdays, work anniversaries, retirements, new grandchildren. The moments your clients remember being remembered on, sent in your handwriting, on real card stock, without you blocking an afternoon to write them.
The touchpoints that usually get skipped.
Welcome notes when an account opens. A thank-you after a review meeting. A quarterly check-in that isn't a statement. Routine correspondence that reads as personal because it is: written with a pen, one letter at a time.
The follow-through nobody else does.
Referral thank-yous, seminar follow-ups, reactivation notes to clients who've gone quiet. Upload a list or pick from your contacts, and every recipient gets the same care as a letter you wrote by hand.
Everything you need to know.
It isn't a print of handwriting; it's a pen physically moving across the card. Our machines grip a real ballpoint and write each stroke, so the ink pools and varies the way it does when you write, and you can feel the indentations on the back of the card. Ask us for a sample and judge it yourself before you send anything to a client.
You stay in control of what goes out. Your firm can require supervisory approval so no letter is written until a reviewer signs off, and you can attach your own disclosure language to every letter. We don't certify anything as FINRA or SEC compliant on your behalf; your compliance team reviews the language, the same as any other client correspondence. Talk to us about what your reviewers need and we'll set it up with you.
We mail within 3-5 business days of your send. That's our production window, from the moment you hit send to the moment your letters are handed to the USPS, and it's the part we control. First-Class delivery typically adds another 2-5 business days on top, which is the Postal Service's part, not ours. You can watch each letter move through writing, stuffing, postage, and mailing in your dashboard. For date-sensitive sends like birthdays, queue them about two weeks ahead so there's room for both halves. If you're working against a hard deadline, tell us before you send and we'll confirm what's realistic.
Yes, that's the point. We give you a grid sheet to fill out by hand, you scan it and upload it, and we turn your letterforms into a font the machine writes with. Once it's processed, every letter you send uses your handwriting. You can preview it before you send anything to a client.
Today you bring your list in by CSV upload or by picking recipients from your LetterFi contacts; both take a couple of minutes, and your list stays in your account for reuse. Direct CRM connections are on our roadmap, not something we offer yet. If your firm runs on a specific CRM, tell us which one; it helps us decide what to build first.
No minimums, no contracts, no setup fees. Send a single letter if you want to. Pricing is volume-based on what your firm sends in a rolling 12 months: $3.00 a card up to 500, $2.50 from 501 to 1,000. Past 1,000 a year we price it with you directly rather than publishing a rate. Most advisors start with a small test batch and scale up once they see the response.
Your next client is waiting
to hear from you.
No contracts. No minimums. No setup fees. Just real letters that make real impressions.
