Cookie Policy
Short version: we set the cookies that keep you signed in, and nothing else.

What we use
A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser. LetterFi uses cookies for one purpose only: keeping you securely signed in as you move between pages.
| Cookie | Purpose | Type | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| sb-<project>-auth-token | Holds your authenticated session so you stay signed in. Set by our authentication provider, Supabase, and refreshed automatically as you browse. | Strictly necessary | Until you sign out or the session expires |
| sb-<project>-auth-token-code-verifier | Short-lived value used to complete a secure sign-in or email-confirmation exchange. | Strictly necessary | Minutes; cleared once sign-in completes |
These are strictly necessary cookies. They are required for the application to function, they are not used to profile you, and there is no way to use an authenticated LetterFi account without them.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages get visited and how the site performs. It is a cookieless analytics product: it does not set cookies, does not store an identifier in your browser, and does not track you across other websites. It gives us aggregate counts, not profiles of individuals.
What we don't use
- No advertising or retargeting pixels.
- No third-party marketing or social-media trackers.
- No cross-site or cross-device tracking.
- No selling or sharing of browsing data. There is nothing to opt out of, because we do not do it.
This is also why you have not seen a cookie consent banner. We do not set non-essential cookies, so there is no consent for us to collect. If that ever changes, we will add proper controls and update this page first.
Managing cookies
Every major browser lets you view, block, and delete cookies in its settings. Be aware that blocking our authentication cookies will prevent you from signing in to LetterFi; the marketing pages will still work fine, but the application will not.
More detail
How we handle personal information generally is covered in our Privacy Policy. Questions about this page go to sales@letterfi.ai.
