We've tested extensively — recipients consistently believe the letters were written by hand. The pen indentations on the paper are the giveaway that it's real ink, not printed.

Every template in our library has been reviewed for FINRA and SEC compliance. We support supervisory approval workflows, automatic archiving of all sent correspondence, and customizable disclosure language. Your compliance team can review and approve templates before they go out.

Standard orders ship within 3-5 business days. Rush orders (24-48 hours) are available for an additional fee. For automated campaigns like birthday cards, we recommend setting them up at least 7 days in advance to ensure on-time delivery.
